Not Yet Written Stories – Women Artists’ Archives Online is a research project dedicated to avant-garde women artists and the lacuna of their art in European heritage, which is similar to the previous project Forgotten Heritage. The project partners are: Office for photography (Zagreb), Arton Foundation (Warsaw), SCCA- Center for Contemporary Art (Ljubljana) and Latvian Centre for Contemporary Art (Riga). Throughout the project, various lectures, interviews and exhibitions (in Zagreb, Warsaw, Ljubljana and Riga) will take place, as well as four student workshops. The participants of the workshops will have the opportunity to attend the conference with partner institutions to present their own opinions about reception of the archives. The conference volume will be published and made accessible to the international public. The repository will contain approximately 1550 of sorted and classified archives. Such a rich collection of female art will be presented to the public completely for free. The project is co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme.
