The double issue of FOTOTXT, published by the Office for Photography, is dedicated to the artistic practice of Željko Jerman and the anniversary of Spot Gallery. The bilingual edition opens with texts by Sandra Križić Roban and Vlado Martek and an interview with Darko Šimičić, while the second part features an editorial by Jelena Pašić and a conversation with Ana Opalić, whose initiative led to the launch of the web portal Contemporary Croatian Photography.

The visual section includes reproductions of Jerman’s works from the collections of Darko Šimičić and Bojana Švertasek, along with installation views from the Gallery’s archive at the Office for Photography. The issue also features a recreation of Jerman’s leporello Composition from the 1970s in its original dimensions, as well as sixteen works contributed by selected artists who granted permission to publish one of their photographs of choice.

The magazine launch was accompanied by a panel discussion with Sandra Križić Roban, Darko Šimičić, and Suzana Marjanić, as well as a film screening curated by Sara Simić, inspired by the recent discovery and digitization of Jerman’s film A Film That Will Perhaps Be Continued (1975/76, 16′).
