Organizatori: Fundacija Arton (Poljska), Latvijski centar za suvremenu umjetnost, Centar za suvremenu umjetnost SCCA-Ljubljana i Ured za fotografiju (Hrvatska)
Akademski „grijeh propusta“ zbog neuključivanja stvaralaštva autorica u kanon povijesti umjetnosti rezultirao je brisanjem postignuća brojnih umjetnica. Takvi su propusti bili rašireni i događali su se neovisno od društveno-političke situacije. No, umjetnice, pa tako i povjesničarke umjetnosti, kritičarke i galeristice u kulturno i ekonomski „perifernim“ zemljama, kao što su zemlje koje su nekoć stajale iza Željezne zavjese te zemlje bivše Jugoslavije, bile su u opasnosti od dvostrukog neuključivanja, kako na temelju geografskog položaja, tako i na temelju roda. Paralelno s razvojem novih država i socijalističkih društava nakon Drugog svjetskog rata, žene su se uspjele uzdignuti u političkoj, kulturnoj i umjetničkoj sferi.
Službeni jezik konferencije je engleski.
Konferencija je dio projekta Not Yet Written Stories – Women Artists’ Archives Online(2020–2022), sufinanciranog sredstvima Kreativne Europe.
